This is arguably not the airline's fault but the layover in Manila was one of the worst I've had. You are herded from one queue to another for hours, surrounded by a crowd of people at all times.

Out of all the embassies I have ever visited this is the worst and most shameful. The staff will make you wait or yell at you to get a power trip, and you have to be grateful that you're at an embassy of a third world country. Spent two hours here because the staff don't work. Also the place is so ugly, it looks like a prison.
